Kit Kemp's Mythical Gherkin Lamp, with its handmade timber base and four disc design, makes for a unique statement lamp. Its bold form takes on a new and fresh personality when put in the hands of Kit and friend of the brand, artist Melissa White. Using Kit's 'Mythical Creatures' wallpaper design as inspiration, Melissa has delicately hand-painted a mythical landscape, full of towering trees and wonderfully strange creatures in shades of pink, greens, and blues. Due to the hand-painted nature of this artwork, the details of these lamps can vary from piece to piece.
